The Education Corner starts at 1 pm, with Chuck Zdeb demonstrating the technique for preparing your leaves for the Hosta Show , followed by a Q&A session with George Schmid, Harold McDonell and Chuck Zdeb.

Fall General Meeting

We wrap up the celebration of our 25th Anniversary with our Fall meeting.
The festivities will begin at noon with a covered dish luncheon for GHS
members, only. Dessert will be furnished, so please read the newsletter
for details about what to bring. At 2:00, there will be a brief business meeting, which will include the
election and installation of officers for 2010-12.
Following the meeting, Tony Avent, owner of Plant Delights Nursery,
Raleigh, NC will be our guest speaker.
